By visiting the Platform and creating an account on the Platform, You grant FLIP Your irrevocable and informed consent to use Your registered mobile number, profile name on the Platform (“Profile Information“) for advertisements, promotions, offers, and any other sponsored purposes that FLIP may display on the Platform or any other marketing channels, including its digital channels, television, print and publication, without requiring any further consent from You and without being required to pay any compensation to You.
You further grant FLIP an exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and worldwide licence to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate and create derivative works from Your Profile Information.
You understand, represent and accept that Your Profile Information or any related materials will not violate any third party rights or give rise to any claim that another party’s rights have been or will be violated as a result of FLIP’s use or publication of Your Profile Information. You understand and agree that You will be liable to FLIP for any damage or cost (including reasonable attorney fees) it may suffer arising out of its use of Your Profile Information. You also understand that FLIP is not liable to pay You any royalties for the use of Your Profile Information..
We do not rent or sell Your Profile Information to any third party. When You use the Platform, the Platform may collect Your device number and other Personal Information. However, the transmission of information via the internet or telephone networks is not completely secure. While We do Our best to protect Your information, particularly with respect to protection of Your Personal Information, FLIP cannot ensure the security of Your data transmitted via the internet, telephone or any other networks.
By using the Platform, You irrevocably waive any claim against FLIP relating to the use of Your Profile Information and promise not to bring any such claim or action in the future. You also waive any right to inspect, modify, approve or disapprove the content, layout, representation, presentation or other aspect of Your Profile Information as recorded by FLIP during Your use of the Platform. Access to the contents available through the Platform is conditional upon Your approval of this Agreement.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
For utilisation of the FLIP Services, it is a important that You share specific data during the registration phase and for Your activities on the Platform. For Your registration of profile on the Platform, We may collect contact details such as Your name, mobile number and email ID
For providing certain FLIP platform services (“Services”), We may require supplementary information, in addition to the contact details including but not limited to Your demographic data such as Your postal address and location will be used to provide Services. Financial details such as Your bank account details, UPI details, credit or debit card specifics..
Not sharing the requisite data may lead to certain features being restricted, unavailable, or not usable to User. Where You opt to provide any device permissions such as camera access, location access, microphone access, SMS access, storage access, email access, FLIP may retrieve, retain and use the data sourced through such device permissions. You retain the right to revoke the aforementioned access by amending access permissions within Your device's settings.
We provide You Services on credit card expense optimisation by looking into Your statement of credit card received on Your email account. If You authorise the linkage and connection of Your email account with FLIP, We may access the email account to collect certain financial information such as credit card bill which will include specifics such as total amount due, minimum amount due and due date, and other financial and transactional information.
We use Your information as mentioned in the Information Collected section only in consolidated form, including all Your credit card information in one place. These are used for sending reminders for payment due dates, curating offers and rewards that are customised for You, providing insight into Your spending pattern(s) to enhance Your financial awareness and assist You in making more informed decisions, curating specific financial or other Services or promotional rewards based on Your past financial behavior, transactions, and investments.
FLIP's access to Your email account(s) is facilitated through the email provider's access mechanism. If You authorise FLIP to track Your credit card accounts, FLIP will securely store account particulars for each email account, including Your sign-in user name for tracked accounts.
We restrict Our email reading to those related to financial services, such as credit card statements, bank statements, biller details, online expense etc., and We do not access any personal emails. For clarity, FLIP employs automates processes for access and analysis of information provided by You, which may involve Our algorithm to access a password-protected document utilising Your data.
DATA SECURITY
Your encrypted and anonymised form of Personal Information is instrumental for updating Your FLIP account, delivering Services, and for essential internal technical functions such as software bug troubleshooting, operational problem resolution, data analysis, testing, research, usage and activity trend monitoring, and analysis. Additionally, We may use Your Personal Information to carry out data analytics to improve the User experience, enhance performance and accomplish desired results.
We may use Your Personal Information to ensure that Your access and use of Our Service is complying with Our regulatory and legal obligations under the applicable laws. We may employ this information to detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.

FLIP implements and maintains commercially reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect Your Profile Information and Personal Information in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. FLIP comply with the relevant ISO certifications and adheres to the applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) requirements with respect to payment-related data processed through the Platform.
Although We make best possible efforts to store Personal Information in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public, You should understand that there is no such thing as complete security and We do not guarantee that there will be no unintended disclosures of Your Personal Information. If We become aware that Your Personal Information has been disclosed in a manner not in accordance with this Privacy Policy, We will use reasonable efforts to notify You of the nature and extent of such disclosure (to the extent We know that information) as soon as reasonably possible and as permitted by law.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We provide an option to You to delete the app or terminate or request for the removal of Your Personal Information details, as well as reactivating it when required. You may request Us in writing via email provided in support section, that We cease to use Your Personal Information or Profile Information. Upon receiving such a request, all information corresponding to the specific account of Your request, including but not limited to profile details, card details, reward specifics, will be removed.
In case there is an outstanding dispute with particular account of the User, We may not be able to execute the account deletion. Notwithstanding, upon resolution of the obstruction preventing deletion, the relevant information is promptly deleted and cannot be retrieved thereafter. We may continue to retain certain information if deemed necessary for regulatory compliance, legitimate business interests like fraud prevention, enhancing user safety and security, or to fulfill our legal and contractual obligations.
In addition to this, You have all rights to request an account deletion or deactivation or archival. This will provisionally inhibit Your access to FLIP Platform until a re-activation request is received to Us.

Reference in the Platform to any specific commercial products, or services, or the use of any trade name or corporation name is only for the information and convenience of the User and does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by FLIP.
